Hide Files or Folders with Automator Service
In Unix-like OS, the name of a file or a folder beginning with "." means that the object is invisible. However, Finder doesn't allow the user to add a dot "." in front of the filename:
"Hide Files or Folders" is a simple script to hide files or folders from the contextual menu. If you tend to see the hidden files or folders, please use UnMask.

20191114 Update: v1.1 release. Add the feature to change the hidden files (folders) back to visible ones. By the way, if you use UnMask to show hidden files, Finder would allow you to add "." on the filename under this condition:
Well... I don't ask Finder to show invisible files (folders) in my daily use, so I choose "Hide Files or Folders" script to do the work.
