是的，睽違六年，我終於買了新 iPhone。

這次選的是 iPhone 13 mini 128GB，坦白說是最低配置的款式，但對於一個從 6s 升級上來的用戶，一切都是爆炸性的體驗提升。認識我的人都知道，我向來是單手操作手機，所以肯定是 mini 的忠誠信徒，拿到手才發現，13 mini 的平面面積比 6s 小，但是螢幕卻比 6s 大？！這才是全面屏的正確用法好嗎！

HP 雙頭隨身碟？！淘寶山寨新高度

最近被調到一個 "神奇" 的單位 [1]，配給我一台不能上網，但不管控 USB 隨身碟的工業電腦，所以我買了兩樣東西：1. USB 無線網卡；2. Lightning-to-USB 隨身碟。用途都很好理解，第一個是解決上網問題 (其實那電腦不知道有被誰亂搞過，用無線網卡也是問題多多)，第二個就是讓我的 iPhone 裡的檔案能夠在網路沒搞好的時候傳進電腦裡。第一個產品很容易買，由於我常看中國的科技媒體，大概知道哪些大牌可以選，最後買了綠聯及小米的產品 [2]，可是第二個產品我就不知道要選哪家比較靠譜。

iOS 15 Live Text 不支援老 iPhone 的替代方案

雖然 Apple 在 CPU 芯片領域意圖脫離 Intel 的掌控，但可能是合作久了，近年 Apple 擠牙膏的風氣可是一點都不輸給 Intel。基本上 iOS 15 及 iPhone 13 系列可說是幾無亮點，但其中 Live Text 可說是唯一真實有用，且可能常用的功能 (是的，很多功能看著炫，其實幾乎不會用到)，所以我在沒有確認支援機種的情況下就升級了 iOS 15，結果他娘的 .... 續航力尿崩不說，居然發現 Live Text 用不了？！一看官網原來是只支援 A12 CPU 以上的機種 ....@#$%....

老 iPad 1 的新生命

回想 2010 年 iPad 1 剛上市的時候，那種轟動可是比 iPhone 更驚人 (iPhone 上市前受到非常多批評)，較大的螢幕及海量的 App (除了原生解析度的 App 之外，iPad 也支援把 iPhone App 放大兩倍來用) 造成 iPad 的使用場景比 iPhone 多了很多，用起來也比較舒服。以我個人來說，我是先擁有 iPad 幾年後才買 iPhone 的，如今我的第一台 iPhone 還能在新加坡打打電話 (台灣已拆除 3G 基地台，所以我的 iPhone 4S 在台灣已經完全收不到訊號)，但 iPad 1 由於系統太老 (iOS 5)，Safari 上網分分鐘閃退，目前是幾乎不開機的狀態 .... 故上次回台的時候我就把它帶回家供著。

Take Labeled Photos

Quick sharing. Today, I read an article on SSPai.com, which complains that all photos taken with iOS built-in camera app will be saved in "Camera Roll", so it would be more and more difficult to classify the increasing photos in the iPhone. Apple suggests the users to create different "albums" to organise their photo libraries, however, the taken photos are not automatically added into some specific album, so it needs to be done manually, which is very annoying.

So, I build this Siri shortcut to approach this function.

修正 iPhone 相機照片無故旋轉的問題

有時候，你會發現在 iPhone 上拍的照片 (我不清楚 Android 手機是否有一樣的問題) 傳到電腦中會出現旋轉 90 度、甚至是上下顛倒的怪事。事實上這個問題存在已久，在比較新的作業系統中 (比如 Windows 10，而 macOS 在我的印象中沒發生過)，其預設的圖片瀏覽軟體已經解決了此問題，但考慮到目前 Windows 7 的用戶依然非常多 [1]，且 macOS 也不是完全與此無緣，故這次來講一下問題的起因及解決方法。

如何將捷徑 (Shortcut) 備份匯入至舊版 Workflow 裡？

我在以前的文章提過，我是個 Apple 常青族，家裡的 Apple 產品大多有點年紀了，所以如何讓老機重生，或是讓它們發揮餘熱就成為我繞不開的課題。今次的主角是 iPad mini 1，這是我媽用剩不要的機器，我在拿到它時已經過時好幾年了，而且這代的螢幕一直都廣受批評，因為當時不久前 New iPad (iPad 3) 已將螢幕升級到視網膜螢幕，而這貨居然不是用視網膜螢幕？！更糟糕的是這傢伙老了以後螢幕四角會出現泛紅的現象 (如下圖)，這種問題連我的 iPad 1 都沒有 .... (經不起時間的考驗啊，就叫你們不要用友達的面板嘛！貪便宜的後果就是這樣！)

This demand is usually temporary, and not involved with security concerns, e.g. the boarding time and location on the transportation ticket, the shopping list in the notes app, and the reminder for ourselves to do something in a very short time. If we still need to unlock our phone over and over again during this time period, that could be very annoying.
